How It Works
To access the Roadmap,
- Select Settings from the left hand menu of your Admin Dashboard
- Click Roadmap.
This will bring you to the main Roadmap page, where you will see three main category headings:
- Recently Launched
This category contains details about all of the recently launched features and updates from Thinkific. - Coming Soon
This category contains details about all upcoming and planned features and updates. - Tell Us Your Needs
This category contains details about features that are on our radar, but are not yet being worked on. From this category, you can provide feedback on the importance of these features to your business.
Click a category heading to view the features in that category, and click on the individual feature cards within the category to view the details of that feature.
How to Provide Feedback
To provide feedback on a specific feature, simply click on the card for that feature to open it.
Once the feature card opens up, you will see three button options at the bottom of the card. These buttons correspond to the level of importance you feel this feature has for your business:

- When you have finished adding your text, enter the email address associated with your Thinkific account into the email text box, and hit Submit.
Note: If you have previously submitted feedback via Roadmap, the above email section may be pre-filled with your email address. You will still need to confirm your idea submission by visiting the link in the email sent to your inbox, as outlined below. - You will see a popup appear on the page that asks you to confirm your email - in your email inbox, you should have an email titled 'Confirm email to submit idea [Action required]'.

Important Considerations
- Roadmaps will be available on all paid plans
- Features contained on Roadmaps will include those that have launched in the last 12 months, as well as those that are upcoming in the next 3 to 6 months
- While we appreciate all of your feedback and are always happy to hear suggestions, we cannot provide timelines or guarantee that any features will be developed or updated.
Thinkific Labs
For our future releases, we are focusing on testing in 'closed betas' (closed beta meaning a testing method in which the testing is limited to a specific set of testers) to facilitate better qualitative and quantitative feedback from our customers.
This means that with the introduction of the new Thinkific Roadmap feature, we have decided to deprecate Thinkific Labs, as it will no longer be used.
If you see any features or ideas on our roadmap that interest you, please feel free to provide feedback on that card within the roadmap to let us know you'd like to participate!
While we cannot promise that everyone who reaches out will be guaranteed a spot, your feedback will help us determine interest for future experiments.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to the feedback/ideas that I share in roadmap?
The feedback and ideas we receive through roadmap are reviewed by our Product Operations team on a monthly basis. All feedback and ideas are then shared with the appropriate team, who may reach out to you to learn more about your needs.
Why do you need my email to submit feedback and/or ideas?
We collect emails for two reasons: The first being that verifying your identity helps our team gather data about which features are important to what type of businesses. This allows us to better gauge the impact an upcoming feature release will have on our creators. The second reason is that our product team may want to reach out to you for more information about the feature or idea you submitted.
