Site Owners are currently automatically notified by email when a student signs up for their site or completes a paid order (to enroll in/purchase a course).
To be notified when a student enrolls in a free course, we suggest adding the Site Owner email address (or any another email address you'd like to be notified at) to the CC field in a Course Welcome Email. Here's how that will look in your Course Welcome Email settings:
Another option is to use Integrate with Zapier to link an external email service provider with Thinkific, in order to send a new email notification to yourself when the "New Enrollment" trigger is fired in Thinkific.
