Issue
- Some Dropbox folders and files are not displayed when uploading videos
- All files show in my Dropbox account, but are missing when viewing in Thinkific
Solution
We are currently looking into an intermittent issue where some files or folders are not being displayed when uploading videos to Thinkific using Dropbox.
In the meantime, you will need to download the file to your computer and upload it directly to Thinkific without using the Dropbox integration. See how here: Video Library: Upload and Manage Videos
