At this time, we do not have a specific area that you can go to customize the assignment approval/rejection emails. However, when you go to approve or reject a student's assignment and you check the Send a Message box, you will see the email box come up, where you can edit the message to your liking.
While this can only be done for individual assignments, you are able to customize the email each time you approve an assignment. If you have your own template that you would like to send each time (i.e. a translated version of this email or one with your preferred wording), we recommend keeping a copy of that template (such as in Notepad, Word, etc.) so you can easily paste it into this box rather than typing it up each time.
