You can view all your coupons at a glance from the coupons table which can be accessed under your Market & Sell menu. The coupons are sorted by your most recently created coupon - new coupons created will be added to the top of the list.
Here's how to read your coupons table:
| Name |
Your coupon name - this is what shows on the checkout for your users For coupons generated as a result of a group order, the name will include the corresponding order number. |
| Codes |
The code that users input on checkout to apply the discount. If you have numerous codes for your coupon, you'll see Multiple codes displayed. To view all the unique codes for these coupons, you will need to view the coupon details by clicking on the Edit button. |
| Quantity |
The total number of codes created (used and unused) for the coupon. If you have multiple codes that have quantities, the number displayed here is the total quantity of all the codes created for the coupon. If you have multiple codes where some have quantities and some are unlimited use, we will display the total sum of all codes that have a quantity listed. For coupons generated as a result of a group order, the quantity is determined by the number of seats purchased. |
| Remaining |
The total number of codes still available for use. If you have multiple codes for a coupon, and some codes have quantities while others are unlimited use, we will display the total sum of codes that have a quantity and what the remaining number of uses is. For coupons generated as a result of a group order, this field indicates the number of seats not yet redeemed. |
| Expires |
The expiry date of the coupon. Coupons with expiry dates will stop working at 00:00 UTC on the expiry date. See Important Considerations below for more information. |
| Discount |
The discount type and amount. Discount types can be a fixed amount (indicated by a currency symbol) or a percentage amount (indicated by a % symbol). |
| For | The products that the coupon will be applicable to. |
| Duration |
The number of months a coupon will apply to a pricing option - typically applicable to subscriptions or payment plans. If a coupon has a duration of 3 months, that means it will apply to 3 months of the payment plan or subscription. If a coupon has a duration of 1 month, it will only apply to the first payment or subscription month. |
