The Thinkific Plus plan gives you a Customer Success Manager to work with, advanced customizations, and a more scalable infrastructure to meet high growth targets. One of the benefits of Plus is that your Customer Success Manager is deeply involved with the inner workings of your business and over time will develop a strong understanding of your goals and objectives.
Below are a few ways that you can work with your Customer Success Manager to accelerate the growth of your business and how to ask certain questions that are related to your plan. Thinkific Product Road Map
As a Plus customer you’re the first to know about new features we have in the pipeline! You have the ability to look at the themes the Product team is exploring, vote on the ones you care most about, and leave a comment if you want to provide more detailed feedback. You can also submit your own ideas directly to our Plus Product Manager so we can review it internally.
We do not publish this road map for the general public, so ask your Customer Success Manager for access!
Speaking with our Plus Product Manager
Every business on Thinkific is slightly different and therefore may have some specific functionality that you would like to see in our platform. Sometimes these requests are better delivered over a Zoom call and for that reason we offer the ability to jump on a call with our Plus Product Manager!
On these calls you’re able to go into detail about how Thinkific is currently helping your business and advocate for ways you think we could help you scale even further. If your feature requests would also benefit our other customers, there’s a good chance it will be taken into consideration for our product road map development!

Thinkific Innovation Labs (TIL)
