Reports Sent via Email
When exporting many Thinkific reports, you will receive an email with a link to download the CSV once the report has been generated. This applies to the following reports:

Running Large Exports
If you are running very large exports with over 10K data points for example, reports can take a few hours to generate, so you may not see an email notification right away. Please wait a few hours and check your email inbox before trying to generate the report for a second time.
Advanced Reports can be downloaded directly to your computer from your Thinkific account. You will be prompted to choose a location for your report once you click Export.
If this is not the behavior you see, we recommend trying the following:
- Make sure you don't have any ad-blockers or privacy blockers installed on your browser that are preventing downloads
- Run through our general browser troubleshooting steps here
