Too Many Redirects Error Messages
Sometimes when you are setting up your site, you will see a redirect error message that looks something like this:
Depending on the browser you are using, the message might appear in a few different ways:
- yoursite.com redirected you too many times
- Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occured
- The page isn't redirecting properly
How to Fix Too Many Redirects
This error often occurs if you have a home page redirect set up on your Thinkific site and luckily this is a quick fix!
To login to your site, you'll need to go directly to your sign in page, which will be formatted as follows:
You can replace yoursite in the above URL with your Thinkific subdomain to access your sign in page. Once you have logged in, see how to remove your redirect here: How to Delete Your Home Page Redirect
If your Thinkific home page did not have a redirect and you have a custom domain, it's possible that you have set up a redirect in your domain host that is causing an issue. Make sure to reach out to your domain host provider to check for any issues.
