Your Video Library contains all videos that have been uploaded to your Thinkific site and provides a central location where you can easily manage your videos. Any older videos that aren't currently being used on your site can be archived!

How to Archive a Video from Your Video Library
You can archive individual videos that you are no longer using on your site directly from your Video Library. Archiving a video will remove some customizations and store it in an unplayable mode.
We only recommend archiving videos if you are not using them in any of your lessons.
- Go to Manage Learning Products
- Select Video Library
- Search or scroll to the video you want to archive
- Click the ellipses (3 dot menu) to the right of the video
- Click Archive
- Click OK in the confirmation modal
And you are all set! Your video is now archived.
How to Unarchive a Video from Your Video Library
Once a video has been archived, it will be stored in the Archived tab of your Video Library. From here you can unarchive your video if you need to use it again on your course site!
- Go to Manage Learning Products
- Select Video Library
- Select the Archived tab
- Search or scroll to the video you want to unarchive
- Click Unarchive
Once your video is unarchived, it will return to the Active tab in your Video Library and will take a few minutes to process before it can be used on your site.
Important Considerations
- We don't currently have the option to bulk archive or unarchive videos in your Video Library
- If you archive a video in Thinkific, and then preview a lesson that includes that media, the video will automatically unarchive. Currently this is an expected functionality. If a student is to view a lesson that includes the media (or if you preview a lesson that includes the media), the video will begin the un-archive process.
