At the moment, we do not have an automated survey in place to gather feedback from students regarding their subscription cancellations. However, you have the option to set up a similar system! To begin, we recommend enabling cancellation notifications through our Automated Email Notifications feature.
Once you have activated cancellation notifications, you can initiate a retention campaign using your preferred email service provider, such as MailChimp. Another option is to explore automation through Zapier. For instance, you can create a trigger that sends an email containing your survey questions whenever a student cancels their subscription.
